ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY

Effective Date: July 30, 2026

At Glam Rapido, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This Account Deletion Policy explains how you can request the deletion of your account and what happens to your data after your request.

1. Requesting Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Glam Rapido account by using one of the following methods:

• By contacting the Glam Rapido Support Team through the support section (email only) available in the app and requesting account deletion.

2. What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

Once your deletion request is processed:

• Your account will be permanently deleted.
• Your profile information and login credentials will be removed.
• Your business information, appointments, clients, employees, services, reports, and other associated data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
• You will no longer be able to access your account or recover the deleted data.

3. Data Retention

Certain information may be retained for a limited period only when required to:

• Comply with applicable laws or legal obligations.
• Resolve disputes.
• Prevent fraud or misuse of our services.
• Enforce our Terms of Service.

Any retained information will be stored securely and deleted once it is no longer required for these purposes.

4. Processing Time

Once your account deletion request is verified, your account will be immediately disabled, but processing the account data deletion will require 7 business days. In some cases, processing may take longer if additional verification is required.

5. Subscription Information

Deleting your Glam Rapido account does not automatically cancel any active subscription purchased through the Google Play Store.

If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through your Google Play account to prevent future renewals.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Account Deletion Policy from time to time. Any changes will become effective when published within the app or on our official website.
